The venue is fairly large and clean with a great value and helpful and amicable staff. A safe and a hair dryer in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. A huge variety of food at breakfast like coffee, bread, pastries, boiled eggs, and cheese. Amazing location for our city break. Comfortable and pleasant hotel, 15 km from Merignac airport;))

We truly enjoyed their fine breakfast with ham and yogurt. The room was extremely spacious with a private bathroom.

The room was immaculately clean, it had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The location was stunning, at a medium distance from a towering Romanesque cathedral. Moreover, it was so close to the historical centre, several bus stops and the tram and the the town center.

We were there for 4 nights, overall had a really really nice stay. The service was excellent, totally satisfied. Moreover, there was a free Wi-Fi. It had very central location close to Place Gambetta. You could walk to a bakery and shops. Superb restaurant provided local dishes.

Its location was very central, 100 metres from Place Gambetta. The airport was a 20-minute drive from the property.

The double room was new-fashioned and had a safe, central heating, and a work desk. We loved wake-up service available. The setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of Grand Theatre de Bordeaux. Also was next to bars and restaurants.

Plenty of nice food at breakfast time. Brand-new & compact room, climate control, an individual safe and a work desk in there. Perfect location close to city centre. Very easy to get from Merignac airport, just 15 km.

Was an excellent base for city break. I was here for a city break, everything was great. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was FRESHLY MADE. The location was unbeatable, in the centre of Bordeaux, in the great area.

The personal was amazingly nice and accommodating. The venue was set in the very central position so close to the centre, the city center and all the tourist attractions.

Very nice hotel with clean, updated room, in an excellent location in the old part of Bordeaux city. Parking available adjacent to hotel for an extra fee, but getting to the hotel and the parking is very difficult because you have to cross a "walking" plaza and street.

Getting to the hotel was difficult because the street is accessable across a "walking" street and plaza. Web directions tell you is is not accessible by vehicle and to park your car and walk the remaining distance. Only after you arrive on foot to the hotel do they inform you you can cross the walking street and plaza and park in the adjacent garage.

Fantastic location makes this hotel a great choice, right in the heart of the city, excellent for a quick city break.

As everyone says, parking was difficult to find. Best bet is to drive round Place Gambetta until you see the pedestrianised road off the square, under an arch and blocked by bollards. Buzz to get through the bollards, then it's first left. Easy when you know how!

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is situated in the very center of the town, in a small pedestrian street, perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are equipped with modern facilities and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Its city centre location. Relatively cheap room rates but as a result, only very basic facilities. Since we were only there for a short stay and were out most of the time, all we needed was a bed, shower and loo and they were adequate. I cannot comment on the quality of the breakfast. The dining room looked very dark and gloomy so we ate out.

No parking facilities and no instructions on the website or on booking, about where to park and how to get to the hotel.
